PROFESSOR TAKEMATU OKADA 寺田寅彦 Prof. Takematu Okada was born on August 17, 1874, In Husa of Tiba Prefecture, a sunny and peaceful riverside town of the Great Ton, within forty kilometres of the Pacific coast.
